Mana designs high-performance cold plunges for year-round use. I partnered with them to scale their e-commerce platform, initially through a headless Shopify architecture and later by consolidating everything into a fully custom Shopify 2.0 build.

I supported Mana’s B2C expansion by integrating Shopify with Webflow in a headless architecture. Shopify powered product data, payments, and checkout in the background, while all customer-facing pages and content were managed through Webflow. The result combined the strengths of both platforms, delivering a fast, flexible, and fully tailored e-commerce experience. The project also included Klaviyo integration for email marketing, connected through Webflow Logic to enable automated customer flows. After a year of collaboration, we chose to consolidate the platform and migrate fully to Shopify to further optimize performance, scalability, and operational simplicity. I rebuilt the Webflow front end as a fully custom Shopify 2.0 theme with complete section support, giving the team the freedom to reorganize, add, and remove content blocks independently.
